Personalized Online Coaching | $100 per month

  • Goal assessment: I will make sure your goals are attainable and discuss training and race options to help you reach them.

  • Orientation Call:  I will schedule a call to discuss your goals, schedule, experience and take any questions you have.

  • Unlimited communication for questions and concerns: You will have access to my personal number and email to contact me.

  • Personalized training plan, updated weekly: Your training plan will be created and shared through Bird.Coach, a convenient website/app that is easy to understand and access plans. 

  • Personalized race plan: No matter the race, it will be unique and challenging. I will develop a strategy based on your training and goals to give you your best finish.

  • Race fueling tips: I will work with you to develop a fueling plan based on what works best for you

  • Gear reviews and recommendations: Questions about shoes, clothing, packs, etc.? I will share my experience with various products and give you answers.

  • Strength and mobility guidance: I will share various workouts to help you build a solid foundation

  • Weekly Skype/ Facetime session

Personalized In-Person & Online Coaching | $180 per month
  • Weekly in-person training session
